We have created Employee Resource Groups, DEIB book clubs, a BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) mentorship program, and several other programs to create spaces where employees’ culture, experiences, and voices are centered and valued. In keeping with our core value of embracing all, we are committed to fostering a culture of belonging for all team members. From how we write our job descriptions to the processes we follow in reviewing resumes, interviewing, and evaluating candidates, we are focused on ensuring an equitable experience for all candidates. Our Talent team has worked to critically review all parts of our hiring process to remove the effects of bias.
